We are a “cash-based” office.

We will give you the proper paperwork to support your claims for you to file with your insurance company. You are responsible to see if they will reimburse you “out of network”.

Our services are not covered by Medicare/Medicaid. You will NOT be able to submit these to Medicare/Medicaid.

Full payment is expected day of treatment.
