Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique using gentle sustained pressure into the fascial restrictions to decrease pain and increase range of motion.

This unique form of therapy is used to eliminate back pain, neck pain, fibromyalgia, headaches, TMJ, restriction of motion, and many other ailments or diagnosies.

Holistic Physical Therapy

When I think of what physical therapy should be; I think of a more holistic model working WITH the whole body, the mind and spirit. That is how I practice the art of Holistic Physical Therapy.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on technique using light touch to restore the rhythmic movements of the skull and the connective tissue surrounding the brain and nerves.

We use Craniosacral techniques at Inspired Body Therapy to release restrictions in the body’s connective tissue network called the “Fascia.”

We also offer Study Groups for MFR therapist to refresh and expand on their treatment knowledge.
Your treatments will be hands on, one-on-one, individualized for your needs. You will be treated by us. We are highly trained and experienced therapists. Treatments are one hour minimum.
